LKD was created to develop and invest in projects where property, design, technology and entrepreneurship meet. The company began with real estate development and today is expanding its activity into hospitality, digital media, technology and new ventures.

An AI-assisted local media platform for hotels, travellers and people who want to understand a destination beyond traditional tourist guides. Daily editorial content, local discovery, audio, video and multilingual publishing come together in one product.
Currently being developed and tested with hospitality partners in selected Italian destinations.
