This website has no registration, no user accounts and no analytics or advertising tracking. We only process the data you choose to send us.

When you use the contact section, your message is composed in your own email program and sent to info@sviluppo.eu. The data we then receive is the information you included: name, company, email address and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider processes technical connection data, including IP address, browser type and time of request, in server logs used exclusively for security and to keep the site available.

We use your data only to answer your enquiry and to manage the business relationship that may follow (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in replying to you).

Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship begins, for the legal retention periods applicable to company and tax records. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.
